Beed – Police have arrested Rekha Fad, NCP’s district president of woman wing. She is arrested for insulting and bringing disrepute to Kej Police Inspector Shirish Humbe. While addressing a rally in Hallabol Yatra, Fad has used abusive language about police inspector, after which FIR was filed against her on Friday.
While speaking in the rally, Fad had accused Humbe of being corrupt. She has also boasted how she has frequently threatened Superintendent of Police G Shridhar for failing to solve crime cases in the district. After her speech, Shirish Humbe filed complaint against her and she was arrested today
