New Delhi – When most of the exit polls have predicted BJP win Gujarat, albeit with less margin, senior psephologist Yogendra Yadav had predicted BJP losing in the state it had ruled over 22 years. He has predicted three scenarios emerging in this state where BJP and Modi-Shah has their prestige at stakes.
According to Yadav, in the first scenario, Congress and BJP, both will get 43% votes each, however Congress will bag 92 seats, just one plus than the magical figure of 91, BJP will end winning 86 seats. In the second scenario, Congress will win 45% votes and 113 seats, BJP is likely to get 41% votes and 65 seats. If his predict for third scenario comes true, then BJP is set to face big loss.
Yogendra Yadav took to tweeter to predict these numbers. Currently he is not associated with any agency, but he has based his calculations on the survey undertaken by CSDS-Lokneeti, available on its website. Yadav being one of the most seasoned psphologists, his predictions have created clutter in political circle.
