Nagpur – On the second day of winter session of assembly, Congress and NCP put up together a huge show of strength. The main opposition alliance carried ‘Janakrosh Hallabol’ march, under the leadership of NCP president Sharad Pawar, who turned 77 today. Senior Pawar led any march to assembly after 32 long years. Leaders of both parties shouted slogans and demanded complete loan waiver for farmers.
Thousands of both parties’ workers were present for this march. Addressing the march, which turned to rally, NCP leader Dhananjay Munde warned BJP that the same people who have brought them to the power can throw them out of the power. While in the assembly, opponents kept up the issue of farmers’ loan, and other agrarian problems. Finally house was adjourned today.
