Nanded – The State Government is confused and they lack any concrete policy about water, criticized NCP leader Ajit Pawar. He was addressing a rally in Loha in district today. This rally was arranged as a part of NCP’s Hallabol Yatra. Ajit Pawar said that on one hand the state government is cutting electricity connections in rural areas and on the other hand it is increase rate of water for domestic and agricultural use.
Pawar accused that in last three years low quality barrages are built in Loha-Kandhar assembly constituency. The state government announced increase in water rates yesterday. Due to increase in water rate for agricultural purpose is likely to increase hardships of farmers. During its second leg of Hallabol Yatra, NCP is likely to raise the issue in coming days.
