Pune – In a much awaited open interview organized here today, Sharad Pawar criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and praised Congress President Rahul Gandhi, while answering two different questions. Pawar criticized Modi for behaving like Gujarat leader rather than Prime Minister. He criticized Modi’s plans for connecting Mumbai and Ahmedabad by bullet train, he also condemned Modi’s recent speech in Parliament when he charged personal attack on Nehru-Gandhi family. Pawar reminded Modi that one cannot deny contribution for someone just because he is your opponent.
While answering question about Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Pawar said that off late he has seen much improvement in Rahul Gandhi’s approach towards politics and issues related to politics. He praised Rahul Gandhi for learning new things that is necessary for a politician. He also chose Congress over BJP for next course of politics. MNS chief Raj Thackeray was in the role of interviewee who posed some difficult questions for Sharad Pawar.
