Pune – Shiv Sena does not spare a chance to attack BJP and its top brass. After former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for evoking his modest background during Gujarat election campaign, now it’s turn of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut. “Now a days, some people keep talking about how he has sold tea as a child, however, NCP leader Sharad Pawar also sold vegetables while growing up, but he never made it an issue,” said Raut. He was speaking in Pune yesterday.
While talking about Nana Patole, Raut said he had raised the same issues, which Shiv Sena is raising being a partner of ruling alliance. Raut also criticized BJP for raising Ram temple issue now. He alleged that BJP is doing so keeping in mind the 2019 elections. In Gujarat BJP is on slippery ground, Raut observed.
