Mumbai – Counting for Assembly Elections held in Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland is taking place tomorrow. Probably this is the first time that elections in these “politically not so important” states have become so important for the nation, mainly because BJP has put in so much efforts and money in these elections. BJP is especially keen on winning Tripura, which is under rule of CPI(M) for last 25 years.
BJP is also looking forward to win Nagaland and Meghalaya. Interestingly, most of the exit polls have predicted win for BJP in all three states. Currently BJP is ruling in 18 states of the country, winning at least 2 states tomorrow will boost its moral for all important Karnataka in next couple of months.
