Mumbai – State government’s decision to allow Patanajali products at E-Seva centers has drawn huge criticism from Opposition. Congress State President Ashok Chavan has described state government as agents of Patanajali and termed Baba Ramdev as true beneficiary of stat government’s policies and advised to use his photograph in government’s ‘beneficiary’ campaign. This ‘true beneficiary’ remark is sarcastic reminder of state government’s huge advertisement campaign of ‘Yes, I am Beneficiary’, which became a laughing stock in social media.
Chavan alleged that the state government is paying back to Baba for his anti-UPA campaign during 2012-14 on issue of corruption and black money. Earlier the government had drawn ire of opposition for allocating 600 acres of land to Baba at very nominal rate.
